Once your order is processed, we will pack and ship it to your address.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items, including: • Customized Hoodies • Customized T-shirts • Customized Shoes (or any other personalized items) We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in fulfilling your order. However, returns are offered within 7 days if our pre-made design are purchased from our web site.
